I can’t tell you how excited I am to share the second half my maternity shoot at Paramount Ranch with you guys!
Two of my very favorite photography sessions types are themed and vintage and this maternity session is both!
When Adriohn contacted me about the pregnancy session he suggested as one of his ideas a southern front porch themed shoot. I thought of Paramount Ranch and we kind of rolled the two ideas into one and ended up with a vintage southern front porch photography theme.
Paramount Ranch is an awesome southern california portrait photography and wedding location. There was even a wedding going on there while we were shooting!

One of the things I love about Adriohn and Carolyn is that there are always having fun together! They bring such a great vibe to portrait sessions!
I would like to point out that Adriohn and Carolyn’s idea to jump the broom; it is not my normal practice to ask pregnant women to jump over anything! How adorable is that last photo though?
I love the texture the light shining through the wood grain gives this photo.

Being a second shooter is very different than being the main photographer. It can be both fun and frustrating. You have to take a back seat and worry more about the main photographers images than your own, which can be sometimes be hard for some photographers (me included 
).
